Sustainable, mass timber modular homes

Salish Sea Farms is in early discussions with Green Canopy NODE, an innovative construction firm based out of Seattle that has just launched a new home product built modularly using sustainably harvested cross laminated timber. These homes are designed to eliminate energy intensive materials like concrete by using CLT foundations, and are built to be Zero Net Energy.

The modular construction enables versatility and speed without compromising quality in order to construct the Agrihood at Point Roberts where access to construction firms are limited.
